When will my cookies arrive?
We bake your cookies fresh after you place an order! It takes 1-2 business days to bake and ship them. After that, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days within New Zealand. For international orders, delivery time depends on your location.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet! Email us at myfabcookies@outlook.com with your new address, and we’ll update it for you.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it. Just email us at myfabcookies@outlook.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

Can I change my order after placing it?
We try to ship orders quickly, so once it’s being processed, we may not be able to make changes. If the shipping label has already been printed, we can’t edit the order—sorry!

Can I choose a delivery date?
No, we don’t offer scheduled deliveries. We ship all orders within 2 business days, and delivery times depend on your location. Check out our shipping policy for more details!

What if my order is late?
If your order is still within the expected delivery time, please allow a little more time for it to arrive. If it’s past the estimated date, email us at myfabcookies@outlook.com and we’ll help you out.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies last up to two weeks since they’re made without preservatives. If you need to store them longer, freeze them—they’ll stay fresh for up to a month.

Can I request a custom cookie flavor?
Right now, we only sell the flavors listed on our website. We don’t offer custom flavors or mix-and-match options at this time.

Are your cookies safe for people with nut allergies?
We bake in a kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We try to prevent cross-contact, but we can’t guarantee our cookies are allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy, please check with a doctor before eating our cookies.

How should I store my cookies?
Keep them in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Your package will have a best-before date and storage tips inside!

Can I get my order faster?
We bake and ship orders in the order we receive them, so we can’t offer rush shipping. But don’t worry—we ship as quickly as possible!

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since our cookies are perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if something is wrong with your order—like damage, a mistake, or quality issues—email us at myfabcookies@outlook.com, and we’ll make it right!
